Hi
I had a Chinese language Office 2010 professional installation with English language pack installed on a computer which was causing problems. I uninstalled the Chinese version and installed a standard version.
When Outlook starts, it gives the following error;
Microsoft Outlook can't translate this document.
Microsoft Outlook cannot install the necessary files due to Windows Installer error 1605.
This action is only valid for products that are currently installed.
It seems the most recommended repair is to uninstall Office, delete references to Office in the registry and then re-install. I have done this but the error repeats.
Does anyone have a suggested repair?
Thanks
