Mail admin recently upgraded some of our Off365 accounts to the latest Microsoft upgrade. I can start Outlook 2013 OK on my PC and connect to get/receive mail. However, on my assigned VM desktop, Outlook will not start. The message I get is: "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The attempt to log on to Microsoft Exchange has failed." I have totally closed out of the VM and reconnected only to find the same issue. Any thoughts or ideas on this? TIA!
