New (Feb 2020) install of Outlook 365 - Cannot specify PST for different accounts

New installation of Outlook 365 in February 2020; in transferring data from my old computer to the new one, I was able to connect the PST file just fine. Sadly, there was no way I could find to also transfer all my email accounts.

As I entered the accounts manually, I could find NO WAY to specify which PST file to use (I wanted to use the old one, of course), so each email account created its own separate PST file. Very Frustrating.

Can ANYONE (Diane?) please tell me / us how to change which PST folder each email address connects to? Thank you SO MUCH if so.
