Can't install Calendar Printing Assistant - Windows 7 64bit&Office 2010 32bit

I have downloaded Calendar Printing Assistant (C.P.A.) but can't install it. When I run exe file, it tells me to exit all programs before continuing with installation. If you are ready to continue, click Yes. I press Yes. It tells to close all programs before continuing. Close Outlook, and then rerun setup, and then to click OK. When I press OK and nothing happens. The program won't install, what am I doing wrong?

After you close outlook, open task manager and look on the processes tab - is outlook.exe still running. Or... reboot and run it right after the computer boots.
