Hello, I have OL 2013 on win 8.1 and for the life of me can't figure out how or where to get categories options to show up in contacts. i use existing categories but when I add new contacts there is no selection option to place them in pre-labeled categories.. very frustrating.. so many things taken away and hidden..
where can i find tips/help with very clear and specific step by step instructions to these features? i have used OL since the late 90's and am not an engineer or programer. I'm a sales guy who just wants to get work done. please advise. I will pay someone to help walk me through the steps..
