BCM Install Issues

I've only just started using Outlook and I love the program so far. I had tried looking for a billing/invoicing/tracking program that would sync with Outlook's contacts, and found out that Outlook had one built in called the BCM.

My issue is that I cannot install the BCM. According to Microsoft's website, the program is included in the Office 2007 Ultimate package (Which I own). It claims that I can configure the program in the Help menu, but after intense searching I can be certain that there isn't an install/configure option anywhere in my Outlook. After reading up on the troubleshooting issues on their website, I was instructed to either enter in CD 2 or Go on the download menu online to re-install the program.

This is an issue, though. I purchased my Office Ultimate 2007 in college a few years back when they where doing the "Ultimate Deal" for college students, only charging about $75 for a full issue of Ultimate 2007 with no DRM. I have a single .exe, and re-installing did not include the BCM.

What do I do?
 
Hmmm. You should have recieved a second cd with that. You could try calling MS - but I don't know if they will be much help since it's no longer sold. Any chance you know someone with either a version of Office 2007 that includes BCM or an MSDN subscription that includes Office? If so, you could get the install files / media from them.
 
Nope, I'm the only person I know with a full suite of office.

Up until recently I could just go to theultimatesteal.com and re-download it, but it's always been a single .exe file so I assumed all the files where in it. I put in an email to MS and plan to follow up via phone when I have more time to devote to silly troubleshooting questions they'll probably ask.
