BCM does not work with Windows 10 1703 any more

Hello
I have Windows 10 and since last week Version 1703
Now since this update BCM crashes always when I search for a customer
What can I do ? Is it impossible to use BCM now?
I use Office 2013 Pro with BCM
 
Does it crash when you view the dashboard too? If so, the chart controls need to be reinstalled.
BCM Errors after Upgrading to Windows 10

I know there were some issues with windows 10 search engine and outlook - it's possible that could be the cause. An update at the end of June was supposed to have fixed it.

What alternativ product do you recommend when BCM does not work with Outlook 2016?
 
i haven't found any that i like - I have a couple of clients who try different ones and they haven't decided on any yet either. Most of the CRM are web-based, which tends to be a negative, especially if the service isn't financially stable and goes out of business. If you have Office 365 small business premium subscription, you can use the Outlook Contact manager, which is a light weight CRM. It's not bad, but like any cloud based product, if you stop using office 365, you need to get the data out. (It exports, but still... )
