Is this with Outlook 2007? BCM add-in might have gotten disabled by
Outlook. If this is the case...
Open the Outlook "Options" window, check with "Add-In" > Disabled Add-
ins, and see if BCM is on that list. If it is, try to enable it or
remove it from the disabled add-ins list. See if that helps,
