Why does outlook 2010 convert only some forum notifications to plain text?

This just started happening. GMail displays as HTML, but Outlook converts it to plain text. This only happens with SOME forum notifications (that I previously received for years in HTML)

The security, convert to plain text box is NOT checked. As far as I know there have been no changes, at least not intentionally. Restarting computer was no help.

Thanks for any help with this.
