Outlook Calendar No Reminders Show up but does on iPhone

Outlook 2007.

All boxes are checked for reminders/Alerts. When I added an event on iPhone, it popped up on Outlook desktop, but next day not. All my events work on the iPhone, and all events are visible on desktop, but do not pop up.

Calendar desktop has not worked in over three months, and I rely on it.

I did the reminder clear folder tip that I read about, it did nothing. Also, I have replaced the computer, but it was happening on the previous computer.
