I received a meeting request from my boss(email address X.com)..when I respond to the request it comes from email account Y.com. X.com is our new mail server, the Y server is no longer in use. I have checked the group settings Send/Receive and the Y account is unchecked/disabled. The X account is IMAP, we use Outlook for our client over a VMware server. When I check the folders in my mail I see that calendar is associated with the old account. Is there any way to move/associate it with the new account? Any help would be grateful!
 
Is the y.com account still in your profile?

Go to Tools, Account Settings, double click on the y.com account and change the outgoing server to use the x.com server, click More Settings and make sure authentication is correct on the outgoing server tab. Enter x.com address as the reply to address.

If the account was removed, it shouldn't be using the old address, especially if the meeting was sent to the new address.

Thank you Diane for getting back to me...sorry for the delay in getting to you I was a bit under the weather! I did what you outlined, I found that the old Y.com account was POP3. When I changed all the settings to point towards the new mail server I was been prompted for a password. Is this the password that I use for my normal email account?
