Good day everyone,
I don't know if I have to post it in Exchange or in Outlook forum, we'll see...
Exchange on-prem 2016, Outlook 2016.
A user sent a Skype meeting invitation to 4 internal recipients (A, B, C and D).
3 got it (A, B and C), 1 (D) did not.
Invitation in the Sent Items of the organizer displays the 4 recipients.
Organizer did not get any non-delivery report.
Checked Message Tracking Logs, I can see the invitation has been sent to A, B and C, but not recipient D.
I used MFCMapi to see the properties of the message, and there is a strange one:
PidLidNonSendableTo, and the value is D's mailbox.
As there is no trace of the message sent to D in the tracking log files (but A, B and C appear), I would say that my Exchange had no idea that it had to deliver the message to a 4th mailbox.
Again, message in the Sent Items display all 4 invitees, and Organizer did not get any error message/non-delivery report...
I found some information on that property, that turn around either the sender cannot send messages to that recipient, or that the mailbox was... corrupted, but it always worked with that user and nothing happened on that mailbox (no database move for example).
So... what can cause the message not to be sent to an internal recipient, without informing the sender of this problem ?
Thanks
Luuke
