Unable to save recurring Meeting to Documents folder due to error

Hi,
I have a user who has a recurring webex meeting invite in her calendar. She is trying to save this meeting to her Documents folder. Every time she tries to save the meeting to her Documents folder she gets an error, "The Operation Failed. The messaging interfaces have returned an unknown error. If the problem persists restart outlook." It seems to be happening on just this one particular webex. Other meetings save just fine to her Documents. Any guidance and help would be greatly appreciated.

-User is using Outlook 2016
-When she goes to save- it has the file name.ics and Save as type- Icalendar Format .ics and Save Selected Appointment is selected
- She has tried to open the file as "just this one and also the entire series" for the meeting invite and tried to save as noted above and same error.
- There are about 40 people on the meeting invite and there are few links in the meeting invite for the staff in regard to a project, other than that is just a basic webex.

The Documents folder she was trying to save to is a local folder. We tried to drag and move The appointment to her Documents folder and it saved it as a .msg file. The .msg file opened only when outlook is closed. I then had her try to rename the .msg to a .ics file and it appeared to open with no problem. She is going to confirm that she can upload the file into Sharepoint. Thanks Again for all your help, I really appreciate it!
