Unable to 'Upload a file' using popup 'Browse' button

Using Windows 10 and Office 2007 Outlook. I tried to upload a file to a thread using the 'Upload a File' button. This brought up a popup with a Browse Button and a Close button.

The browse button does nothing at all but the close button works fine.

Any suggestions where to find a solution....?

Found it myself, only took an hour or so.
Right click on the Upload a File, then View Page Info, this brings up a popup. Click Permissions and scroll down to 'Open Popup Windows'. uncheck Use default and click on Allow.
Job done.
