I am the desktop support person in this branch. One of the administrative assistants who has full access to her two managers email is unable to search in their mail. Other users here that have the same access, if they click on any of their managers mailbox folders are able to. They see the mailfile name in the search box.
This user does not see their name, and it only searches her mail.
I reached out to one of the Exchange server guys and he said rebuild the .ost (that seems to be their answer for everything) This did not fix her issue.
Then I went whole hog, rebuilt the profile and the .ost. Still same thing
Any thoughts?
If needed I can get screenshots of one working and hers.
