Wierd Office 365 Contact unable to edit body of random contacts

Not happening in the portal Outlook only local Outlook 365. Creating new profile on same or different machine and safe mode doesn't fix the problem.

on the contacts that it occurs, one can edit all the other fields but not the main body.

latest monthly release, Win 10.
 
as of a few days ago at least, it's a known issue to MS. Maybe the next monthly release will fix.
 
I also faced the same issue so I directly communicate with Microsoft.
 
MS never came out with a fix. But the most straight forward fix is to delete current profile and search for the ost file on every machine. Then create a new profile. That presumedly? brings down a clean copy of what's in the cloud. Haven't had the problem recurr.

(supposedly deleting a profile, deletes the ost file. But I searched local pc after deleting profile, and the ost was still there. Maybe it's supposed to get overwritten, but for this problem merely deleting profile was not sufficient.)
