Ideas for Setup with New Office 365 Family Subscription (Outlook)

Currently use Outlook 2019 with approx 4 POP accounts (already setup) on my laptop and used Companionlink to sync to Google Calendar. I also used K9 Email on my Android to get mail from the same 4 POP accounts. Want to move to Outook/OWA across all platforms to minimize future setup and ease of sync so I purchased Office 365 to accomplish this. I would like to avoid having to setup the same 4 POP accounts on my phone outlook and then on my OWA. Also would like to to have my POP and my exchange mail by synced identically across all platforms and not have the each Outlook instance get my POP accounts independently. The question is what is the best setup scheme for my situation to accomplish these goals?

This really can't be avoided if you want to send mail from the accounts. If you only read mail sent to any address and rarely reply, you could use shared mailboxes as they would just show up when you added the main account.

But... even if you have to add the accounts back to outlook, its not hard. Enter your address then password when asked.

This is how exchange works - everything syncs, no effort on your part, once the accounts are added to outlook.

Thank you for your prompt and informative reply. Point taken about shared mailboxes, but as you pointed out I would not be able to send email. I should have really thought about this a little more... I have my own domains and my primary email accounts are in those domains and hosted on my web hosting account, can't see really changing that at this point. I will add the four to OWA, Destop and Phone, but my issue I am most concerned about is that each POP account has it's own read and delete policy, So for the POP accounts at least, I don't think the sync will be the same across all three devices, probably will need to make one POP account the primary and have the other two services mirror it. Unless I migrate each of the accounts to an Exchange address I don't see a solution. Thanks for the help. BTW, your site has been very helpful thru the years.

These accounts are all in your domain? You'll need to migrate all to office 365. Whether you need to license mailboxes for them depends on how often you send mail from the addresses and if you send mail from your phone.

Delete policies can vary with each account, if necessary. It's a non-issue IMHO.
