Need help please! Cannot Setup my outlook email account on my Mac Outlook 2011

I keep receiving this notice when I setup! :(

Hi Diane,

Yes its hosted on Office 365, May I ask how could I know the DNS records is configured? and how to configure it?. It does not work even if I tick the always use box and click Allow. A little later the notice comes back again
