Custom Contact card - need help creating one

Hi,

I'm looking to get some assistance in creating a custom contact card in Outlook 365.

I would like to have the following:
- A drop-down menu, with pre-determined entries for the section highlighted 'Enquiry Avenue'
- The contact card to be universal (i.e. if I move the contact from one contact list to another, it does not revert to the default contact card, thus losing the additional info I am trying to capture in this custom contact card)

I've done what I can (as a novice) but need additional support in completing it.

Is anyone able to provide (idiot-proof) instruction on 'how to', or offer personal assistance in taking on the role - I'm not a developer by any means, and this is my first attempt at anything like this.

Publish the form in the personal foms folder and the contact should use it no matter where the contact is.


For a drop down field, use combobox then in properties set the values -

Right click on the field, choose Properties. Create a new text field to hold the value and enter the values in the possible values field. Setting the initial value is optional.
