I'm currently using Outlook 2016 over Exchange Server with my employer. I keep very meticulous notes in the contact record notes box. In addition, I have a custom contact form I use with several user defined fields.
What is the best way to backup all my data on regular basis so that it also includes the custom fields, contact form and the notes area. Also, how do I ensure no future MS Office updates impacts my user defined fields, custom contact form, and notes?
I rely on this heavily and want to ensure I do my own proper backups.
Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
P.S - My outlook file is an .OST and it runs in CACHED mode of the last 12 months.
