Hi Diane,

In an older thread Scheduled backup of imap account
I asked you about backing up an IMAP account and you provided the link with your solution but I'm totally unfamiliar with macros and the VBA editor. The friend that needs this is a real estate agent who has to keep backup as a legal requirement, so I don't want to do my learning on her IMAP account.

I've configured her Carbonite to backup the file but I want a bit more than that.

You mentioned 3rd party programs that might do this task. Do you have a recommendation?
She has a lot of subfolders under or adjacent to the Inbox that need the backup. As well as contacts.
