Copying ALL calendar entries from Calender in PST file to IMAP OST file?

Is there any practical way to copy 6000+ calendar entries from one Outlook 365 calendar to another calendar. The source is in a PST file, when that file was the default for calendar, etc. In order to use Outlook for iOS, I need to have the calendar in the IMAP OST file.

Exporting even just one year at a time (from 2010 to the present) doesn't work. The export operation never completes, and Outlook can't import just the partial export CSV file.
 
View > Change View > List. Select all, copy and paste.

But... if you are using the iCloud app to sync, you don't need them in the IMAP calendar folder - you can copy /paste them to the iCloud folder.
