Set calendar default to 'none' (policy)

Is there a way through the Office 365 Admin Console or PowerShell, etc. to set the default calendar reminder time to NONE?
There is now option in the OWA to select no reminder for calendar events created not using the desktop version of Outlook
 
You can use Set-MailboxCalendarConfiguration to set the it to none - but this only applies to OWA.

Set-MailboxCalendarConfiguration -Identity <user> -RemindersEnabled $false

The cmdlet executed successfully but if I create an event (or check the setting) in OWA it is still set to time of the event
