Outlook VBA to set current account

I am writing a script to create rules. That is fine but I cannot determine how to change to a certain folder before starting to create the rules. I have two email accounts in Outlook. I want to select the second account and a folder in that account (not Inbox) and have the rules creation script move the specified email to sub-folders in this folder.

Something like:
cd \\account name\Filter Folder
would be the pseudo code.

you'll need to use the getfolderpath function

creating the folders uses code like this, where the parent folder is set using the getfolderpath function

Set objNewFolder = objParentFolder.Folders.Add(newFolderName)
End If
