Want to learn VBA Macros for Outlook. What book can you recommend?

Hello, I am/was a programmer and would like some guidance on the object model for Outlook using VBA Macros. Is there a book you might recommend? Thanks

It is the best book if you want to learn Marcros. its a Book by Cindy Meister, Juan Pablo Gonzalez, and Suat Ozgur.
