Create a Quick Step or VBA to SAVE AS PDF in G:|Data|Client File

I'm trying to find a way to save emails OUT of outlook and onto our network in the client file. Either as PDF or just as email will work.
Hoping to set up a quick step. But willing to use a vba (I've only used VBA in excel - so I'm limited here)
Any suggestions??
