Can I create a Rule that sends me an email when I get a Task?

Outlook 2016 32 bit
Email Account
Exchange Server
When users send me a Task request, I get no notification other than the request in my Inbox. I would like it to trigger other events, like an email with High Priority or even a sound. Have not found a way to do this.

Here's what I found, maybe this will help you
"When an email arrives from a list of high priority contacts send a push notification."
though it seems to work only if the user is marked with high priority, but try anyway :)
