shared mailbox - can i create a rule (vba) for every user?

Hi,
i have a shared mailbox for 3 users.
is there an option to create a vba codding that if one of them presses on a some button it will color the subject text - so they will know who took the responsibility for each email....

they cannot use subfolders - the items must stay in the main inbox.

There are a couple of ways to do this - you can use categories (no coding needed) or you can use vba to add their name to a custom field and use a custom view to color messages based on the field value. I'd use categories if at all possible - it's just easier and you won't need to use code, which would need to be installed on each computer.
