Shared Mailbox, 2 Auto Responses

We have a shared mailbox, I just discovered that when someone emails it, 2 separate auto responses are going out. Can anyone give me instructions for fixing this? I'm pretty computer savvy and I've tried all I know to try -- any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Okay, new question now. If I go to Control Panel and open "Mail", click on "Show Profiles"... I want to add a shared mailbox so that when I start Outlook, I have the option to open that actual mailbox rather than just having it on my sidebar. I can't get this to work right! I think that I do, but then when I open it, it has all of my personal emails in the inbox.

If you are using Outlook 2007 or Outlook2010, you need to check Manually configure server settings or additional server types, click Next, check Mircrosoft Exchange, click Next, type in the server name and change your user name to the shared mailbox name. Make sure check Prompt for a profile to be used before you click OK on Mail Window.
