Around 50 users in our organisation send on behalf of a shared mailbox (shared1) and these items are automatically copied to the sent items folder of this shared mailbox (via the 'sentitemscopiedto' value on the shared mailbox in E2010). The manager of these user then checks the sent items to see who has sent which email. Unfortunately, when viewing the sent items of the shared mailbox, Outlook only shows them as having been sent from the shared mailbox and not by the user who sent of behalf of.
My question/requested help is, is there a way (customised profile, registry change, etc) to add a field to Outlook's reading view that would show who sent emails on behalf of another mailbox? Alternatively can anyone advise me of a third part Outlook or Exchange product would allow us to report on send on behalf statistics?
Thanks
