Any reason why my outlook contacts in business card view has every card truncated?

No, but you are the second person with the problem.. not sure if the other person was using icloud, so it might be a clue - at least it gives me something to check. Neither myself nor microsoft could repro it after the first complaint and we blamed something goofy with hi-res screens.

Did this just start recently?
 
no same display settings i have been using for over a year.
 
Seems that it was a conflict with an NVDIA geoforce. Once I uninstalled that Outlook contacts are fine Thanks for your help
 
Thanks. Apparently there was also an issue - they didn't tell me what, so it could have been related to the nvida or it could have been a coincidence - they are able to send updates or commands based on issues discovered through support requests, crash reports etc. They found something and switched it off, but it wouldn't take effect until you restarted outlook.
