How do I delete the Business Contact Manager in Outlook 2007 (Small Business
Edition) without compremizing the integrity of Outlook?
 
Via Add/Remove dialogue (BCM uninstall)

File -> manage data files
remove the BCM "data file" entry
That will turn off BCM without any further side effects. :)
