My current BCM 2007, was full so I created another file in manager. After which all my contacts disappeared. How can I get them back.
 
It sounds like the contacts were in BCM and not synced with outlook. Restore the old database to get the contacts back, then export them to a pst.

FWIW, i would try cleaning up the database instead of creating a new one - if you link email to contacts, removing older messages can free up space.
 
How did you switch tp the new database? Was the database too large that it stopped working?

If you created a new one in outlook, you can switch back to the old one in Outlook's BCM options.
