Hi,
We have been running BCM for a good few years now, but all of a sudden it seems to be losing contact details of the last contact we last looked at. The contact entry is still there but all of the info within the contact i.e address, telephone, email etc, just disappears. It also loses the catergory and its title and becomes unspecified. The only reason we know that it the contact entry still remains is because the 'file as' field still holds the customers info. All other info is lost. The database is on 736MB so we know it hasnt reached its capacity.
It means we are constantly having to re-add the information or use a previous back maybe 2-3 times per day. This isnt obvious feasible in busy office. Does anyone have any ideas?
