We are running Outlook 2010 SP1 on client machines and the Exchange server is Administered by our IT staff in Rotterdam, Netherlands. I have multiple clients in my organization who have shared mailboxes in addition to their personal mailbox. My clients have "full permission" on these shared mailboxes. My clients create subfolders in these shared mailboxes and move info from the inbox of the shared mailbox to the subfolders. After a period of time, they want to move the email in the subfolders to the online archive folder for the shared mailbox. Clients are able to do this one subfolder at a time, but not multiple subfolders. My question... is this issue related to permissions set on the Exchange server or on the client side?
