Shared mailbox in cached mode

We have a couple of users that are using Outlook 2016 (32Bit) with a cached shared mailbox, this is connected to Exchange 2016.

When the receive an email from a supplier they change the subject of the email once they have completed the work. They can see the changes in the subject for the emails they have changed, but not what the other person has changed and vice versa.

If take out of cached mode or view in OWA they can see all changes, is there a way to force Outlook to update the cached emails in their Outlook?
