Recovering permanently deleted folder from shared mailbox

Hi All,

I have accidentally deleted a folder from Shared mailbox. Is it possible to recover a permanently deleted folder from shared mailbox?

If it's not in your deleted items folder and deleted item recovery is turned on, it should be in either your deleted items recovery or the shared mailbox's deleted folder or deleted recovery (you need to open it as an account in outlook to check it). Otherwise, only the admin could recover it from backup (and unless it's super important, most won't. :( )
