I have been told by the marketing team that they need to be able to send an email to all our staff and have that email marked or highlighted in our outlook client as red or Green depending upon if they put RED or GREEN in the subject line. (Its part of the new communications policy)
The email must have been sent only by one of our managers but it could go to anyone or any group within our organisation.
I don't want to have to setup outlook rules for each individual so i want to create an exchange rule that applies to all staff rather than an outlook rule that applies to an individual.
Does anyone know of way to do this or a freeware program i can use to configure it
