In the old Outlook 2013, I had a couple of "from-only" accounts - for when I wanted to send an email from a specific address without its own account (I have my own domain or two, with some forwarders and catch-all included). They were excluded from send/receive, of course, defined as POP3 accounts, but for POP3 login I used a random username/password (just in case). For their SMTP, I would of course use my regular SMTP settings.
Is there any way to create those in Outlook 2021 at all? It seems the procedure for adding accounts now always requires online setup (including checking the servers and sending test messages), which makes it kind of impossible to do that now.
