Create a clickable custom column field

Hi! I’m trying to create a custom field column that would give me more options than the models already available. There is a column, for example, that lets me click on it and produce a "Yes" or "No" in the field. There’s also a "Date" column, a "Formula" column, etc., and a kind of column in which I can add any text I want.

What I want to create would be a column on which I can click to create other answers than "Yes", "No", "Active", and the likes. Is it possible to have this kind of clickable customed column with my own choice of text in it?

I work with Outlook 2016.
