Windows 7, Outlook 2010, and home, not on a shared calendar or network. iCloud calendar.
Hi all,
Up until yesterday, I could create, copy, and move appointments. Then, all of a sudden, I get this error message:
The item cannot be saved to this folder. The folder was deleted or moved, or you do not have permission. Do you want to save a copy of it in the default folder for the item?
When I click on the "Show Help" button, I get this:
Usually this error message occurs when your mailbox has exceeded the size limit established by your administrator. Or, your mailbox has exceeded the mailbox size restriction of two terabytes.
To eliminate this issue, archive or delete messages until the size of the mailbox is less than the limitation imposed by the administrator or is less than two terabytes, whichever is smaller.
I deleted ancient emails, archived, and ran SCANPST.EXE on every account, but to no avail.
The calendar is the one I sync with iCloud. I can still add appointments to the default "Calendar Outlook Data File"
Any suggestions? I did recently update iCloud.
Attached is a screenshot of my Calendar navigation panel. I only use the iCloud/Calendar (at the bottom of the list).
Thank you,
Nessa
