Create rule based on image in email body

I keep getting spam emails with different senders, different subjects, different in every way except for the same text box at the end that supposedly is a link to unsubscribe. The link goes to a page that says I am unsubscribed, and perhaps I am from a particular email, but I continue to get more with the same text box content in every one. Is there a way to write a rule based on the contents of a text box (image) at the end of the body of an email? Thanks.
 
the only way to use a rule is if the image is linked by the same text, or the image name is always the same. Scroll to the very bottom of the email, right click and choose view source to see how its linked.

You can paste the code used for the link here, replace your email address with my@address. You may need to replace the angle brackets with something - curly { } or parens ( ) will work if needed.
