Cannot accept tasks from outlook 2013 or even from web

I am using Outlook 2013 64 bit and I tried to assign tasks to other emails (hotmail, outlook, office365) that assigned to outlook also to Outlook 2013 but I cannot find accept or decline button for the task, Also the task does not appear correctly as you see in the image attached.

Why I cannot find accept or decline task button ?

I tried to send tasks to Exchange server and Office 365 mails and I have the same case ?
 
That means the TNEF is getting removed or corrupted. The Exchange account may be configured to never send RTF to internet addresses - its fairly common since RTF messages don't work well outside of Exchange (user gets a winmail.dat attachment). You may be able to override it by setting the address property to always use RTF - address the message, right click on it choose properties (maybe a step or two - I'll have to restart outlook and check, I'm using a reg key to change the behavior).

(Looks like it should work - address the task, right click on the address and choose Open Outlook Properties - that should have the dialog where you can select to use Rick Text. Default is to let outlook decide.)

I cannot find this option in outlook 2013.
 
Thanks a lot Diane for the video but here you are what appears when I clicked Open Outlook Properties, no option for internet format.

That is an exchange address - either a mailbox on the server or the address is in the GAL as a Contact. If it were an address off the server, you'd see the dialog. That said, messages sent within the exchange server should have the accept buttons but messages sent off wont, even if the address is a contact in the GAL.

(More than 1 url or email address in a post will trigger moderation for new members.)
