Outlook 365 Outlook Message "Cannot be sent because the message has changed"

Outlook version:     Outlook 365
Email type or host:    gmail
I have attached a screen shot of the message that I get when trying to send an email.
It is very frustrating and hard to predict when it happens, but it is usually something important.

Sometimes I can't move a message to a mailbox because I get this message. The answer/workaround has been to delete it and go to the bin and move it from there. I would dearly love to stop this message from appearing.

I would appreciate your help.
