How to find and replace a word in Outlook-Agenda-Subject and Message?

Email Account
Office 365 Exchange
Outlook 365 - Calendar/Agenda
In multiple entries a word in the title (Field: Subject) and in the description (Field: Message) should be replaced.
I do not want the entire title / description to be replaced, just a specific word.
The word in the title (subject) also shows up in the description (message)

I can set a filter on Subject contains that wordand all entries show up.
(word: Romea to be changed into Romeo)

But... then what?

Right now the only thing I can do is to open all entries (30+) and manually change them.

Hopefully there is a better way??
