Weird Contacts Behavior - Can't find any in any address book, but they're in there

Hi - and HELP!

I'm moving from an older laptop to a newer one and want to move my Contacts - but I cannot find them. Here's what happens:
I create a new email on older laptop; addresses autofill as I type. But there are ZERO contacts in any version of Address Book I click on.

Running Outlook 2010 as part of Office Professional.
Windows 10 on old laptop, Win11 on new.
Two email accounts - both on my own domain, both POP3 (and that's my preference).

Where may I find the stored (and retrievable) contacts so that I might export/import?

HELP !!!!
 
Are you looking in the contacts folder? Ctrl+3 to open the contacts module.

You are using the autocomplete list right now. You can copy it to the new computer.

Let me just thank you now for your response. For some reason, I didn't see your reply until I formally F5 refreshed this page, despite closing and reopening my browser. I'll try that when I get back to that laptop on Monday.

Your regular page on Outlook 2010 and moving the Autocomplete file (and renaming it) worked like a charm. Thanks for sharing what Microsoft makes so difficult!
