How to force Outlook to use plain text in notes for Contacts?

I really appreciate this old tip in your blog. It works like a charm for me, even though my installation (MS365) had no "Options" key under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\.

Now all I need is a way to do the same for notes in Contacts!
 
I tried to hyperlink this old tip in your blog, but ran out of editing time. Adding the missing key and the recommended value did the job.
Is there any way to force Outlook to use plain text for notes in Contacts?
Like my calendar, my notes get synchronized over multiple different platforms (Apple, Gmail, Lightning, Samsung) and I need to use plain text to keep them legible on all of them. Furthermore, Outlook likes to arbitrarily reformat my notes in Contacts, deleting line breaks, adding header styles etc. Presumably reducing the format to plain text would stop that.
