Font Sizing in Custom Form Regions for Contacts

Hi,

I'm currently trying to recreate a custom form region* with a larger font size, but it won't stick. (I right click the element, go to properties, change the font size, click apply, but the font does not appear to resize.) Furthermore, when I go back to check the properties, the font size goes back to the default (7pt.).

I accidentally hit enter before I was done composing. Heres some additional info about my issue:

I added a custom field to the "General" region for my contacts using this method:

developer tab>design this form>new form region>input custom fields>save as .ofs>close outlook>create XML manifest>register key​

After launching, custom fields functioned as designed, but the font size was too small.


Also, I somehow managed to design this region to be collapsible, but I'd rather it be always visible. Per my employer's request I'm including a "last modified" section with "date" and "initials" fields for accountability (even though outlook already does this automatically). Any idea if that is possible?


I'm new to coding, and even newer to outlook, so any feedback is appreciated!
