font control by keyboard

Outlook 2010 32 bit
Email Account
Office 365 Exchange
I'm a traditional keyboarder, not a grab 'n' grope mouser, and I'd like to be able to highlight, change colors, etc in the body of a message as if I'm in a word processor as I type rather than having to leave the keyboard and use the mouse, is this possible in OL ?

ok, maybe I did not explore this well enough, sorry

in a message, hit Alt, H, I, then arrow to the color and you can highlight the text you have selected with the normal cntrl/shft/arrow....

because the usual bold, underline, etc keyboard functions still work just fine...

Because Outlook uses Word as the editor, any word shortcuts *should* work (unless the shortcut is used for something specific to Outlook)… but I have no idea if font colors have a real shortcut, because i rarely use colors and when i do, i'm slow and lazy and use the mouse. :(
