When I had Outlook 2010 I remember that when setting font sizes for the email headers in the inbox and other folders I created I had to do each folder seperately. Is that how Outlook works or was I doing wrong. In Outlook 2021 I am having the same issue, Is there a way to adjust font size for all folders rather than each folder seperately?
I found my own answer after several Google seraches.
I followed the instructions below with one difference for my Outlook 2021 there is no "Apply Current View To other Mail Folders" in the "View Settings" it is in the "Change Current View" I assume this would be the same in verions newer than 2013. In any case if you don't see it in "View Settings" look in "Change Current View"
Make all folders look the same in Outlook 2010 and 2013
1.
Click View > View Settings > Apply Current View to Other Mail Folders. 2. In the Apply View dialog box, please check the folders which you want the view be applied to in the Apply View to These Folders box, and then click the OK button.
